Specialized in packaging and printing machines (Side/Bottom/3-Side Sealing, Zipper Bag, Blowing, Sliding, Gum Tape, Auto Carton, Flexo & Gravure Printing, etc.) and skilled in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility equipment including Generators, Air Compressors, Boilers, and Chillers.

Operated and maintained 1375 KVA Cummins QSK60G Gas Generators, performing preventive/corrective maintenance and major overhauls (cylinder heads, pistons, crankshafts, turbochargers, pumps, aftercoolers, etc.) in line with Best Operating Practices. Ensured PTW/ESR compliance with AP-HV & LOTO certification. Managed equipment repairs per OEM standards, optimized spares/inventory, and prepared service schedules, reports, and failure analysis. Conducted troubleshooting, RCA, and incident investigations while ensuring safety, housekeeping, and plant availability. Acted as internal trainer and led TPM implementation, including 5S, OEE, loss analysis, KAIZEN, SMED, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Handled periodic and breakdown maintenance of Cummins QSK60G Gensets, including troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of major components (cylinder heads, liners, pistons, turbochargers, actuators, aftercoolers, pumps, and thermostats). Successfully installed and commissioned new machinery and provided technical support for problem resolution.

Led the project completion of an Oncology Facility, covering HVAC, WTP, Lyophilizer, Dispensing, Granulation, Blending, Fluid Bed Dryer, Tablet Compression, Encapsulation, Coating, Blistering, and Packaging machines. Managed maintenance of process and utility equipment, including ETP, WTP, HVAC, Generators, Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressors, and pumps. Prepared URS and Engineering SOPs, developed and implemented preventive maintenance schedules, and ensured smooth coordination with suppliers (local & foreign), commercial, and finance departments. Supported HOD in executing additional assigned tasks.
