I am A.K.M. Mohaymenul Haque Hera, an HSE Advisor & Quality Manager and Mechanical Engineer with 12+ years of experience in power generation, turbocharger service, and industrial manufacturing. I have held both leadership and hands-on roles, building strong capabilities in maintenance engineering, quality management, and safety leadership.

Currently, as Local HSE Advisor & Quality Manager at Accelleron LU–Bangladesh, I manage QHSE systems across multiple service stations and the sales office. I ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements, lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and drive corrective and preventive actions. I also deliver HSE and quality training, conduct emergency drills, and coach managers to strengthen accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Previously, I worked as QHSE & Inventory Coordinator and Technical Service Specialist at Accelleron, where I supported ISO 9001/45001 audits, managed SAP-based inventory, and provided technical services for heavy-duty turbochargers. Earlier, at Montrims Ltd., I served as Senior Executive (Maintenance), ensuring reliable operation of garment accessories manufacturing machines through TPM/5S practices and downtime reduction initiatives.

My strongest technical foundation comes from Aggreko International Power Projects, where I spent nearly nine years as Sr. Mechanical Engineer & TPM Coordinator and earlier as Assistant Mechanical Engineer. At Aggreko, I gained hands-on expertise with Cummins QSK60G gas engines, covering operation, isolation, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance, and major overhauls. I also led TPM initiatives, implemented 5S and lean practices, reduced unplanned downtime, and maintained strict safety standards in demanding international project environments.
